What are the system/hardware requirements for SunDAT?
Compatible versions of SketchUp:

Can SunDAT run on Mac?
Currently, the SunDAT desktop version is only compatible with computers running Windows. If you only want to use the web service, it can run on both Windows and Mac.
How do I transfer my SunDAT license to different computer?
In order to transfer your license to a different computer, you need to uninstall from the previous computer before installing SunDAT on the new computer. If you forget to uninstall SunDAT from your old computer and you do not have access to your old computer, please contact Support.
Troubleshooting
Error message: Unable to connect API Server Error during installation
Typically this error is due to a firewall or restrictive internet policy keeping SunDAT from accessing certain online data it needs to function. Check this help article for more information: Unable to connect API Server Error
Error message: Product key is already in Use
The possible reason is that the product key you are trying to use is being used on another machine. If you transfer to a different computer, uninstall SunDAT from the previous computer. If you cannot uninstall SunDAT from your old computer and you do not have access to your old computer, please contact Support.
