Overview
Add a setback from the perimeter of the region to prevent PV tables being placed in the setback. The boundary keepout is a uniform setback. A boundary keepout is not mandatory for running a PV layout. At least one region must be created in the model in order to use Boundary Keepout.

Create Boundary Keepout(s)
- In the Choose one or more regions to set the boundary keepout choose the region(s) which to apply the boundary setback. A region selected in the input can be removed by click the 'X' next to region name.
- In the Keepout distance input, choose the unit you want to use for the keepout distance (available units are meters(m), centimeters(cm), millimeters(mm), feet(ft), and inches(in)). Then type in the distance of the keepout.
- Press the Create button to place the setbacks in the region.
- Repeat as necessary for other regions that have different keepout distances.
Remove Boundary Keepout(s)
- In the Choose one or more regions to set the boundary keepout choose the region(s) which to apply the boundary setback. A region selected in the input can be removed by click the 'X' next to region name.
- Press the Remove button and the boundary keepout will be removed from the region.
