Overview

Create single axis trackers in Table Creation.  SunDAT can support 1 panel wide or 2 panel wide trackers.

Choose to create a new table or select a table to edit

Table name.  If new table, enter name for table

Orientation - Choose the orientation of the module

Choose the module that the table will use.  If a module was selected in Site Overview or used in project, that module will be bookmarked

String size - specify number of modules per string.  If in Site Overview, a weather source file and inverter has been selected, and a module has been picked, SunDAT will recommend a string size based on that information.  Also, double-clicking the input description, will bring up the string size calculator.

Rows per tracker - the number of modules in the east-west direction for single axis trackers.

Strings per table - number of strings in a one table

Module spacing - the spacing distance between modules

(Optional) Additional E-W Module spacing - For trackers with 2 or more modules per row, if there is a bigger gap than the one specified in module spacing, specify here

Tracker height.  Height from the ground to the bottom of the module when tracker is at stow (0 degrees tilt)

(Optional) Choose a related PvBid rack type - Selecting a tracker product, if it is available, will apply the cost information for the tracker to Cost estimation results if cost estimation is activated in PV Layout. 
12(Optional) Additional tracker configuration for adding spaces for bearing gaps, motors, or drivelines.

(Optional) Include structure?  Activate if pile foundations will be added to the table

Create button - generate the table based on the inputs above

Reset button - clears all the inputs

Delete button - Erases an existing table in the model.  An existing tracker table has to be selected first.

Favorite - Saves the table as a favorite so it can be used for future projects

Un-Favorite - Removes tables from favorites and will not be available for future projects

(Optional) Additional tracker configuration for adding spaces for bearing gaps, motors, or drivelines.

Driveline Gap - After x Modules.  Specify after a certain number of modules where to place extra spacing a motor or the drive line

Driveline Gap - Type.  Choosing Column here will let SunDAT know to apply the driveline gap.  Selecting None will not apply a driveline gap.

Driveline Gap - Gap.  The distance of the spacing for the driveline gap.  Option to choose metric or imperials units.

Bearing Cap Gap  - After x Modules.  Specify after a certain number of modules where to place extra space for bearing caps.  Depending on the length of the tracker, this can be applied more than once.

Bearing Cap Gap - Type.  Choosing Column here will let SunDAT know to apply the bearing cap gap(s).  Selecting None will not apply the gap(s).
7Bearing Cap Gap - Gap.  The distance of the spacing for the bearing cap gap(s).  Option to choose metric or imperials units.
