This help article describes which steps you should take when you have issue accessing SunDAT after the activation of SunDAT was successful.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1.) In your computer's search panel, search for Control Panel
2.) Under Programs, click Uninstall a program
3.) Search for SunDAT in the top right corner. Uninstall SunDAT. Open SketchUp and double check that you cannot see Extensions anymore
4.) Reinstall SunDAT by downloading this file: https://app.box.com/s/5ivnje0ftceczh7rao91u4sdoll7ih97
5. Accept the license agreement if you wish to do so. Click Next
6. Insert your product key. Press Next
You should be able to access SunDAT again.
